What is included

Delivered as a finished product, not a shell

The PROGUARD PG-AC58 leaves our facility with the electrical system, plumbing rough-in, flooring, lighting, cabinetry and bathroom already installed. On site you connect utilities and open for business.

Structural shell — aluminium composite panels over a galvanised steel frame

Electrical and lighting — pre-wired, tested and CE compliant before dispatch

Bathroom and plumbing — fixtures, drainage and waterproofing fitted

Interior — flooring, cabinetry, air conditioning and window treatments

Everything below is settled in the quotation, not after you pay. Nothing is left open to interpretation.

Studio, one-bedroom or twin. Bathroom and kitchenette positions are fixed at drawing stage.
