Folded steel eaves run the full roofline — no bolt-on gutters to rattle loose in transit or leak at the seams after two seasons.

Aluminium frames tested to the Australian window standard, including water penetration and Ultimate Strength — reports on request.
One-piece bent steel
Corner posts and base rails are CNC-bent from single steel sections — fewer welds on the unit and fewer points where water can find its way in.
Sealed wet-zone build
Bathroom floors are monolithic fiberglass with a factory-fitted drain — the assembly is tested under running water before dispatch.

What is your minimum order?
It varies by line — from a single unit on sanitation blocks up to 20 m² on capsule cabins. Bulk pricing starts in the hundreds.
How long from order to delivery?
Production runs several weeks depending on model and quantity, then sea freight. The schedule is confirmed in writing before you pay a deposit.
Can you customise the layout?
Yes. We build to your drawings or issue our own. Interior fit-out, cladding, glazing and MEP are all configurable.
What certifications do you hold?
ISO 9001 quality management and CE marking. We supply test reports for wind load, seismic and fire performance on request.
Do you handle shipping and installation?
We handle export documentation and multimodal freight to your nearest port. Installation is by local crews with remote guidance, or our engineers travel to site.
What warranty do you provide?
One year standard on the container house and sanitation lines. Extended structural warranty is available on the PROGUARD capsule range.
